Ragle & Company, Inc. is a privately-owned, family business that has owned and managed commercial property since 1957. Our office is located in Terre Haute, Indiana. We have owned and/or managed in excess of one million square feet of commercial facilities in Indiana and Florida.
 
We provide a full spectrum of commercial property management, including development, leasing, maintenance and administration. Additionally, Ragle & Company is a licensed, bonded general contractor in Terre Haute allowing us to provide new construction, design services/floor-planning and renovations for our tenants. Ragle & Company prides itself in meticulously maintaining our properties and establishing close relationships with our tenants.

​John Ragle is a co-owner of Ragle & Company. John was born in Decatur, Illinois and attended public school in Terre Haute, Indiana. He also attended Marion Institute in Alabama and Stetson University in Florida before returning to work for his father in the family’s business in Terre Haute. John and his wife Vicki have two daughters. Vicki was also a co-owner of the company until her death in 2025. John currently serves as President of the company.

Vanessa Prox

​Vanessa Prox is a co-owner of Ragle & Company and oldest daughter of John and Vicki Ragle. Vanessa was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana. She began her career at Ragle & Company in 1998 after graduating from Hanover College. Vanessa and her husband Bryan have a son. Vanessa currently serves as Vice President of the company and runs the day-to-day operations. Vanessa is also a licensed real estate broker for RE/MAX Real Estate Associates in Terre Haute.

Mike Pinkston

​Michael Pinkston is the current Director of Facilities for Ragle & Company. He was born in Terre Haute, graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana State University. Mike has been employed by Ragle & Company since 1984 gaining his expertise in commercial property management and construction. Mike and his wife Suzy have two children.
